Responsibilities
- Operational Supply Planning:
- Liaise regularly with sourcing units to review supply plans against customer forecasts and orders.
- Consolidate supply plans from all sourcing units and share the same with the customer service teams.
- Attend regular Regional Category Demand and Supply Reconciliation or Rough Cut Capacity Planning meetings, identify short‑term capacity constraints, highlight these to the business and provide contingency plans.
- Prepare the loss‑tree analysis for all non‑supplied orders.
- Review KPIs with the sourcing units at the end of each planning cycle.
- Ensure products are available to meet customer demand and maintain service levels.
- Supply Gap review & provide mitigation options.
- Responsible for purchase order placement to sourcing units and suppliers in different regions.
