  • Roles & Responsibilities
  • Participate in S&OP to finalise the Demand and Supply plans
  • Creating Annual Capacity plans
  • Track and Improve Service Levels
  • Maintain stock freshness level across all channels
  • Support international business needs requiring setting up systems and processes
  • Link and leverage Company's internal functions
  • Drive process improvement projects in function
  • Ensuring execution excellence for High order fulfilment through order tracking, stock allocations, despatch planning
  • Effective customer engagement to co-create future agenda and deliver on the same to create win-win partnerships

  • Qualification & Experience

  • MBA from Premier Institute
  • Minimum 3-5 years prior experience
  • The person should have handled Supply Planning in a FMCG industry scenario
