Job Description
We are currently looking for a **Support Analyst** to join our team at Manulife. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our operations by providing technical expertise and ensuring the smooth functioning of our **Navigator system and Disability Tax processes** . You will help resolve complex issues, support internal teams, and deliver a high level of service to both clients and stakeholders.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Investigate and resolve complex inquiries related to Navigator system support and Disability Tax, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution.
+ Perform operational tasks such as handling stores, GWIZ requests, orphaned payments, and duplicate tax slip creation.
+ Execute recurring maintenance activities, including system updates and audit documentation.
