The Best Connection is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join a residential home team in Llanmaes. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This will be a possible permanent position for the correct person.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalised care and support to clients based on their individual needs. Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, days out in the community, and medication management. Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided. Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals. Follow care plans and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
