Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1-2 support across cloud and on-prem environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Microsoft infrastructure and services
- Support Azure-based systems and hybrid environments
- Assist with user support, system maintenance, and incident resolution
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and escalation where required
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication
About You
