Responsibilities
In line with project needs, perform the digital assignment of Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) to BOM hardware. Attach the associated design datapack and publish to the operational MES system.Monitor operational process performance and undertake Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) processes to optimise working modes and improve STV accuracy.Support the production team with operational build queries and escalate as required.Lead the investigation and first closure of operational non-conformances.Produce rework instructions / deviation plans / discrepancies based on project requirements.Support Lessons Learned and PPS’sUndertake small-scale continuous improvement initiatives to improve product cost, schedule or quality.Support project meetings .
