Technical Skillset
- Enterprise hardware support (Servers, Storage, Backup solutions)
- Networking (routing, switching, basic security concepts)
- Surveillance systems (IP cameras, NVRs – Hikvision/Dahua)
- Microsoft ecosystem and enterprise environments
- Ticketing systems, escalation frameworks, and service tools
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in IT support/services
- Minimum 2–3 years in a team lead or managerial role
- Strong exposure to OEM/vendor-side support environments
- Proven expertise in RMA and warranty handling processes
