Ensure that effective & efficient services Water Coolers/Refrigerators/Deep freezers :
Office Furniture, communication, pest control, Courier services, Budget R&M and Capex, Indenting
Provide timely and effective administrative support for all activities
Rodent & Mosquito control treatment:- To ensure treatment of mosquitoes, rodent, anti larval and thermal fogging & general spray in office, control room, toilet block etc. To ensure periodical treatment is as per schedule.-Welfare Schemes:-Ensure employees will get benefit of welfare schemes like Interest subsidy of housing loan/ vehicle loan. To ensure all welfare schemes as per policy.Support Services:- To ensure smooth working of Water coolers/Deep freezers etc. Regular visit of water cooler installed areas.
