There is a temporary opening for a Support Technician within the Corporate Services, Technology Services. Reporting to the Client Service Supervisor, the following duties will apply:

  • Responds to ITSM incidents and service requests

  • References & maintains ITSM knowledge

  • Software and hardware problem diagnosis and resolution
