Job Type: Zero Hour Contract, Night shifts required
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to support a client. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating the client’s professional success by attending meetings, taking accurate and comprehensive electronic notes as well as supporting their movement around campus. This is a part-time position with an average of 10 hours per week depending on work (e.g. studio sessions, weekend events, filming, occasional night shoots)
Shifts would always start and end at home/accommodation. This would include lifting a foldable electric wheelchair into a taxi (17.3kg with batteries, or 14.5kg with batteries removed). When travelling outside London, supporting with luggage and getting me to passenger assistance at stations. Providing wheelchair assistance and navigation support as needed.
