Radis Community Care are looking for a Part Time Support worker to join the Radis Team at Saxon House, Loddon
Located in Loddon, Norfolk, Saxon House has 37 one and two bedroom apartments designed to help local residents to retain as much independence and control over their lives as possible.
This will be a mix of late and night shifts, alternative weekends, plus sickness and annual leave cover. 20 - 25hours per week.
At this present time, we are unable to consider Sponsorship for this role.
About the role
As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, your primary responsibility is to assist elderly individuals who are experiencing physical frailty, helping them maintain as much independence as possible. This includes supporting people we support with restricted mobility by aiding them in moving safely to dining areas for meals, communal spaces for social engagement, and back to the privacy of their own rooms when requested.
