Support Worker - Residential & Community Services Location; Galway Reports To; Team Leader / Service Manager Contract Full-time / Part-time Permanent Working pattern: Days/Nights/Weekend rotation Starting Salary: €15 per hour with an annual increase Job Purpose To support individuals across residential and/or community settings with activities of daily living, education, leisure, employment and independent living skills. The role empowers service users to live independent, meaningful lives in line with their person-centred plans and HIQA national standards. This role provides opportunities to develop skills and experience that may support future progression, subject to service need, performance and demonstrated readiness.
