We are looking for friendly, caring, and reliable Support Workers to provide one-to-one, person-centred support for a young man in his 30s who has a brain injury, epilepsy, and is wheelchair dependent. This is a genuinely rewarding role, ideal for someone who is patient, confident, and comfortable supporting complex needs and challenging behaviour, while encouraging independence, wellbeing, and an active, social lifestyle.
He enjoys making the most of life and loves watching films, going to the cinema, getting out and about for social activities, and taking part in games and interactive experiences.
