Specialist Learning Support Worker (Secondary SEN)

Location: Chaldon, Surrey (Reigate/Caterham/Whyteleafe Area)

Following the successful inauguration of our purpose-built Secondary SEN facility in September 2025, we are formally inviting applications for a Specialist Learning Support Workers to join our founding cohort. This is a strategic appointment for an individual dedicated to the long-term academic and holistic development of students with complex neurodivergent profiles.

The Environment: A Multidisciplinary Clinical Model

Our institution caters to Key Stage 3 and 4 students (ages 11-16) presenting with complex requirements in social communication, emotional regulation, and sensory processing-primarily associated with the Autism spectrum.
