As a support Worker at Ulcomb House, you will have the opportunity to work with adults from different backgrounds with complex support needs.
Positive Behaviour support lies at the heart of the daily support we give. Our service users are supported to make informed choices, ensuring their inclusion to improve their quality of life. Every day is different as you build meaningful relationships with our service users that will enable them to grow confident to try out new things and develop new skills.

Skills and experience required to be a Support Worker
The ideal applicant will have:
- Care Certificate (not essential).
- experience of working with young adults.
- past experience of assisting people with Learning Disabilities and challenging behaviour.
