Radis Community Care has an opportunity for part time Support Worker for our Supported Living Service, in Keighley Bradford.
About the role
Our Supported Living Service in Keighley is home to 9 young adults with Learning Disabilities.. The people we support have community based activities they take part in. They enjoy and would need support from staff to be able to access swimming, going to the cinema and the theatre to watch plays and films and also to engage in meaningful employment (volunteer or paid) They have a good sense of humour and would benefit from upbeat/chatty personalities
The role may include manual handling, medication administration, personal care, food preparation, household tasks, supporting individuals to stay connected with family and friends, accessing the community, and attending appointments. We provide support for daily living skills and help support with socialisation.
