As a Targeted Care Package Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to young people in Out of Home Care, supported by a Targeted Care Package living in independent homes and Kinship arrangements
- Ensure young people’s rights and interests are protected at all times
- Demonstrate respect for young people at all times
- Demonstrate empathy and resilience
- In collaboration with the Key Worker, identify needs and assist in the implementation of plans for each young person.
