About the role
:
You will be providing essential support to people in their homes and community, including:
Personal cares (showering, dressing, toileting) Medication support Meal preparation and home management tasks Assistance with mobility and daily routines Community outing and companionship You’ll work across a variety of shifts – morning, lunch, afternoon, evenings, and weekends – based on client needs and your availability.
About You:
We’re looking for support workers who:
Have previous experience in disability, aged care, mental health, or community support. Are confident working independently in home-based settings. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Show empathy, patience, and professionalism at all times. Hold a Full or Restricted NZ driver’s licence (own transport preferred).
