Support Worker

We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our team in Totnes for ad hoc shifts available as and when required.

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour, plus holiday pay benefits.

This role involves supporting clients within their own homes on a 2:1 basis, helping them to live independently and maintain their daily routines.

Duties Include:

  • Providing person-centred support in the client's home
  • Assisting with daily living activities
  • Supporting clients with personal care where required
  • Encouraging independence and community engagement
  • Following care plans and maintaining accurate records
  • Working effectively as part of a 2:1 support team
