Responsibilities
- Provide tailored care to residents with severe Learning Disabilities, Autism and other challenging behaviours.
- Support residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
- Encourage independence and enable residents to live a valued life.
- Maintain effective communication and demonstrate empathy toward residents’ behaviours and expressions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience caring for people with severe Learning Disabilities and Autism.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt tone to the situation.
