About the Role
As Supported Living Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding, person-centred support
- Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and contractual requirements
- Drive positive outcomes for service users
- Promote independence, wellbeing and community inclusion
- Oversee staffing, supervision, training and performance management
- Manage budgets, financial controls and service performance
- Work collaboratively with families, professionals and partner agencies
You will be responsible for ensuring the service is safe, responsive, effective and aligned with best practice and organisational values.
About You
- Has at least 3 years’ experience supporting people with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs
- Has a minimum of 1 year’s experience supervising staff or managing services
