Supported Lodgings offer support to young people aged 16-21 who are leaving Care and enables them to live in a family environment, as they prepare to take their next steps in becoming an independent and successful adult.
As a Supported Lodgings Host, you will support a young person to help them learn and build their futures, from practical skills such as cooking, cleaning and budgeting, to support around accessing Education, Training and Employment.
To become a Supported Lodgings Host you need to be over 21 years of age and have a spare room in your home. As a Supported Lodgings Host, you are asked to provide support for a young person for up to 2 years or more, depending on whether the young person remains in full-time education or is ...
