**JOB TITLE** : Supt Operations

**DEPARTMENT** : Generation Operations - Jeffrey Energy Center
**LOCATION:** St. Mary’s, KS
**PAY RANGE:** $130,300 - $173,700
**Scheduled Work Hours** : Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. - 4:00 pm (Other hours as required)
**Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:**
The Superintendent of Operations is responsible for providing leadership, direction, training, coaching and budgeting for the Plant Operations. They are expected to lead the operations of the three generating units at Jeffrey Energy Center by effectively utilizing personnel, equipment and other resources in a safe, reliable, efficient, environmentally sound and cost-effective manner in support of the business unit’s performance measures.
