Summary There is an anticipated vacancy for the position of SUPV ATTORNEY ADVISOR (GENERAL) of HQ US MARINE CORPS. Responsibilities You will serve as senior legal advisor on military personnel law, providing authoritative analysis and policy guidance to the Commandant of the Marine Corps, the Staff Judge Advocate to the CMC, and other senior military and civilian leaders. You will provide expert legal review and guidance on complex, sensitive personnel issues: including misconduct, promotions, separations, retirements, and general officer matters—ensuring all actions are legally sufficient and comply with DoN policy. You will help manage and supervise JPL operations: planning work, setting performance standards, and mentoring civilian attorneys and active-duty/reserve Judge Advocates (O-3 to O-5).
