Responsibilities As a technical expert, serves as a project leader to oversee and coordinate a staff of IT specialists involved with all phases of the life cycle of a major finance and/or accounting automated information system. Works with others in a team environment to approach new and existing problems in a systematic and consistent method. Performs studies to monitor and improve or enhance a major finance and/or accounting automated information system. Plans work and set priorities to be accomplished by subordinate employees, taking into consideration the overall capabilities of the employees.
