Job Description
The Department of Surgery, University of California, San Francisco, is seeking outstanding candidates for a full-time academic surgeon with an exemplary record of patient care and expertise in coronary revascularization. Candidates must be board certified/board eligible or have completed a fellowship in cardiothoracic surgery at the time of hire. Experience in advanced techniques in coronary surgery. Additional experience or willingness to adopt minimally invasive CABG surgery is strongly preferred. Applicants materials must list current and/or pending qualifications upon submission.
The candidate will work closely with interventional cardiologists, within the Center for Interventional Cardiovascular Care and Innovation, as the leader of a multidisciplinary team to expand and develop a world class program in the advanced management of complex coronary diseases.
