The Role The Veterinary Surgery Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth andefficient flow of operations in the surgery. This includes administrative responsibilities such as inventory management. The manager will also be involved the recruitment and training of staff. Enforce and maintain a level of quality patient care and operational standards as set out by MPVC . Effectively lead and manage team to ensure the smooth flow of everyday operational processes . Be involved in the Human Resource management (recruitment/appraisal/termination) of staff within the department . Analyse situations and execute sound problem-solving solutions to resolve issues that arise within the department . Execute disciplinary action to team members when necessary .
