Our client in Bronx, NY is seeking a full-time physician assistant to join their neurosurgery team! New graduates with a strong desire to work in neurosurgery will be considered. Looking for someone that can start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Full-time position. 3 12-hour day shifts.
- Perform first-assist duties in the OR
- Rounding on hospital inpatients
- Patient histories, physical examinations, patient workups
- Management of post-operative patients
- Treat patients in the clinic
Qualifications:
- New graduate with ties to the area and applicable rotations
- PA with neurosurgery or other surigcal experience
- Active New York Physician Assistant License
- DEA License
