Locum tenens Physician Assistant opportunity supporting a hospital-based neurosurgery department with a strong spine-focused surgical service. Provider will function as first assist in the OR and support inpatient neurosurgical care.

• Spine-heavy OR first assist role
• Collaborative attending neurosurgeon onsite
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• First assist in neurosurgery cases
• Inpatient consults and ICU support
• Post-operative patient management
QUALIFICATIONS
• Active NY PA license
• Minimum 2 years neurosurgery or spine experience
• First assist OR experience required
WORKING HOURS
Weekday Shifts
• Monday Friday 8 AM 5 PM
Weekend Shifts
• No required weekend coverage
SKILLS
• Spine surgery OR assistance
• Neurosurgical inpatient management
• Minor procedures and wound care
