**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As our **Surgery Nurse** at St. Joseph's Hospital & Medical Center, you will work in our twelve-room OR suite which maintains a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. This enables us to form close relationships with patients and their families during very difficult times. We also feature a 44-bay multi-level PACU with staff dedicated to trauma and other emergency cases. Our PACU features a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio. Throughout the unit we are committed to using the latest technology, affording staff the opportunity to constantly learn and enhance their skills. Your contribution is vital to fulfilling our mission, upholding core values, and supporting the strategic goals of a Level I Trauma Center operational 24/7.
