Plastic Surgery job opening - Memphis, TN Serves as Medical Director of Germantown, TN cosmetic surgery practice Position Details:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Performs: patient consultation and post-op visits, cosmetic surgeries (no reconstructive surgeries), all surgeries in-office under IV-sedation (no general anesthesia)
- 100% patient self-pay (no insurance)
- Four (4) days per week; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Thursdays
- No on-call hours/weekends
- Leads clinical staff
- Assists with managing office staff
- Assists with surgeon and practice marketing
- Provides feedback to improve operations of clinic Requirements
- Board-certified Plastic Surgeon
- Must be able to obtain hospital privileges Compensation
- Base: 210K
- 10% of net revenues for surgical procedures that Physician performs on patients
