Job Purpose
The Senior Manager leads the country‑level marketing organization for the Surgery platform, translating global priorities into a local growth agenda and driving sales growth, profitability, and sustainable market expansion. He/she oversees the development and execution of the Platform Strategy, the Marketing Plan, and pricing strategy, and provides strategic guidance to commercial leadership.
