Promotes the safety of patient as a member of the surgical team. Is responsible for assisting with operative procedures and patient care according to department policies and procedures.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists department leader with the delegation of assignments, scheduling and staff training. Provides feedback during performance review process.
