Timmons Group is currently seeking a Survey Technician/Senior Survey Technicianto join our Survey Group located in our Richmond, VA office location. The Survey Technician assists in application of principles, methods, and techniques of land surveying by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Drafts subdivision plats, boundary surveys and easement plats Prepares parcel descriptionsPrepares staking maps for subdivisions, infrastructure improvements and site plansPrepares cutsheets and construction take-offsDrafts topographical surveys and creates digital terrain modelsPerforms limited courthouse researchSubmits plats for jurisdictional approvalWorks closely with the project manager and group leaderMay substitute in the field when necessaryPerform...
