Position Overview Ocean Spray is hiring a Sustainability Analyst to support its sustainability efforts. The hybrid role is based at the corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA, with Mondays and Fridays remote. Responsibilities Support overall sustainability efforts of Ocean Spray. Collaborate with the sustainability manager, plant manufacturing teams, grower‐owners, suppliers, and a range of internal stakeholders. Collect, consolidate, and analyze data for quarterly internal and external sustainability reporting (e.g., GHG Protocols, LCAs, CDP reporting and Sedex). Support manufacturing teams with sustainability audits. Travel as needed. Qualifications B.S. in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Business, Engineering, or other relevant disciplines. 1 to 3 years of experience working for an environmental NGO, food and beverage company, or equivalent organization.
