Harmonize Performance & sustainability management strategy in Air Power Business Unit, implementation and monitoring of this strategy across all Air Power Engineering Centers, and across 4 countries: Fr, Uk, Sp, Ger.
Responsibilities
- Ensure interface & integration of Engineering activities in support to the preparation of the Airbus product policy.
- Lead and/or support and perform analysis of competitor’s products, at Aircraft and/or Vehicle & Components level, for the benefit of Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Engineering and Technology functions.
- Can lead and/or support the intelligence activities within Engineering.
- Define the top level technical objectives and requirements up to MG3 allowing a robust launch of a new or incremental programme.
