Job Description
Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the Group's Sustainability Strategy, ESG governance framework, and ESG data management processes. Lead climate change and decarbonisation initiatives, including climate risk assessments, GHG inventory management (Scopes 1, 2, and 3), carbon reduction strategies, Net Zero planning, renewable energy initiatives, and energy efficiency programmes. Oversee sustainability reporting and regulatory compliance, including the Annual Sustainability Report, Bursa Malaysia Sustainability Reporting requirements, National Sustainability Reporting Framework (NSRF), IFRS S1, and IFRS S2 disclosures. Identify, recommend, implement, and monitor sustainability initiatives that support the organisation's ESG objectives. Manage the planning, execution, and administration of sustainability programmes, including budgets, resources, and team coordination.
