Job Description

ESG Reporting Specialist

Roca Group is strengthening its Sustainability team and looking for a passionate and detail‑oriented ESG Reporting Specialist to elevate our non‑financial reporting and drive continuous improvement across our ESG performance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate ESG data collection across teams and geographies
  • Ensure high‑quality, consistent, and traceable sustainability information
  • Support our Sustainability Report and other non‑financial disclosures
  • Work with leading frameworks: ESRS, CSRD, GRI, TCFD, EU Taxonomy
  • Manage ESG questionnaires, client requests, and external ratings (incl. EcoVadis)
  • Collaborate on double materiality, dashboards, LCA/EPD projects, and ESG risk analysis
  • Identify opportunities to digitalize and automate reporting processes
