Job Description
Group T&O – Credit Administration and Control provides back‑office credit processing and credit administration support to the credit and business units of the Bank.
Reporting Structure and Key Duties- Reports to the Division Head of Credit Administration and Control.
- Assists in overseeing the smooth operation of the department, focusing on operations risk assurance & control, credit compliance, security documentation, and credit cum collateral processing.
- Ensures smooth delivery of projects affecting the department.
- Monitors risk controls and ensures compliance with the Bank's credit policies and statutory provisions.
- Leads and participates in the talent development of the team.
- Champions the operation service model, operations risk assurance & control, and project initiatives.
- Seeks continuous improvements for existing and future services and processes to achieve operational excellence.
