The Water Regional Business Line Leader (RBLL) is responsible for the performance of the Water business overall with an emphasis on client service, growth and profitability. The RBLL provides leadership, sets safety and ethical standards, drives employee engagement, and works cooperatively with other regions and business lines across the organization. The role involves developing and executing growth strategies, managing P&L, leading project delivery, and representing the company in industry forums.
