For over 125 years, Calvary Hospital and Calvary @ Home located in the Bronx, New York has been dedicated to the palliative care of advanced cancer and other terminally ill patients and their families. The Social Worker in this position is expected to be able to provide diagnostic and treatment services to a wide variety of patients and their families.
