**SWD Operator – (Salt Water Disposal Operator)**
**📍** **Location:** Elm Grove, LA
**💰** **Pay:** $17–$20/hr. (Based on Experience + Overtime)
**📅** **Schedule:** 14/7 Rotating Day & Night Shifts

**🔧** **The Job:**
+ Operate, monitor, and maintain SWD equipment (pumps, valves, tanks)
+ Safely offload and process produced water from transport trucks
+ Conduct routine equipment checks and minor maintenance
+ Accurately log readings, daily volumes, and incident reports
+ Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times
+ Follow all environmental and safety protocols
+ Communicate effectively with coworkers and drivers
