The Swing shift Composite Alternate Lead Mechanic steps in as a leader when the primary Lead is unavailable, ensuring all repairs, modifications, and tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Perform **hot and cold bond repairs** as per Aircraft SRMs, EAs, or other approved documentation.
+ Identify damaged components and select appropriate repair techniques and materials.
+ Conduct tasks such as sanding, trimming, priming, and fitting repairs to parts.
