Name of position: SYNON/Rpg Developer Location: New York NY note: this is an on-site role Job description Provide All Fusion 2E programming and support for IBM iServer application systems development and maintenance projects, with a commitment to internal and external customer satisfaction. Design, implement and maintain application systems. Provide a general knowledge of the user function and work with the users and more experienced I/S personnel to develop systems solutions for complex business problems. Duties include project leadership on a limited basis, technical design, programming and unit testing. Environment: IBM iServer (v5r4) running core business applications connected to a website (L.A.M.P) serving as an additional user front-end for some of the core business applications. Microsoft Office Excel and Access are used occasionally to create stand alone solutions to small business problems.
