Monte Rosa Therapeutics is seeking a highly motivated and innovative synthetic chemist to contribute to the advancement of our molecular glue degrader (MGD) platform. This role is ideally suited to a scientist with deep expertise in synthetic organic chemistry and a strong track record in developing novel methodologies to access differentiated chemical space.
Working within a highly collaborative and interdisciplinary environment, you will play a key role in designing and expanding proprietary small‑molecule libraries to support the discovery of transformative therapies.
