Job Description
The Systems Administration Lead is responsible for leading the design, stability, security, and continuous improvement of the organization’s IT infrastructure across both on-premises and cloud environments.
This role goes beyond day-to-day operations, focusing on ownership, scalability, and team leadership, while ensuring high availability and performance of all systems supporting core business functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Systems Engineering team, ensuring high performance and technical growth
- Act as the main escalation point for complex technical issues
- Drive accountability, ownership, and best practices within the team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align IT initiatives with business needs
