✔ Manage and maintain servers, systems & network infrastructure
✔ Install, configure & troubleshoot hardware, software & operating systems
✔ Monitor system performance, backups & security updates
✔ Handle user access, email configuration & IT support requests
✔ Ensure network security, firewall & antivirus management
