This is an ERP‑first end‑user support role supporting the organization’s ERP systems.
Approximately 75% of the role will be ERP‑related, with the remaining time focused on traditional IT end‑user support within Windows shop enviroment.
Importantly, the majority of end‑user support requests today are driven by ERP usage, making ERP knowledge central to success in this position.
The ERP Support will provide hands‑on support to business users, troubleshoot ERP‑related issues, and help ensure ERP workflows function effectively across departments.
This role requires an understanding of how ERP systems work—including modules, workflows, and business processes—rather than hands‑on software development.
Candidates with prior experience supporting ERP systems in manufacturing or industrial environments will be especially successful in this role, as understanding real‑world operational workflows is critical.
