Overview
Responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of ETL processes in a production environment. This role involves end-to-end ownership of ETL operations including monitoring, troubleshooting, release management, enhancements, and close collaboration with business reporting and database teams.
Responsibilities- Provide L2/L3 support for SAP BODS ETL jobs, including monitoring daily batch executions, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and SLA adherence.
- Manage ETL releases and deployments in production, including scheduling, environment configuration, user access, and repository administration.
- Design, enhance, and optimize ETL jobs to improve performance, scalability, and data quality, while implementing validation, reconciliation, and audit controls.
