JOB SUMMARY
This role supports the enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) capability, covering Identity Management (IDM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM / PID). The Analyst will ensure secure, compliant, and efficient lifecycle management of user and privileged identities across EPF systems, while supporting automation, integrations, and governance controls aligned with organizational security policies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Identity Management (IDM) Operations
- Support day-to-day operations of the IDM platform to ensure availability, accuracy, and security of digital identities.
- Execute user lifecycle activities including joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) processes across internal users, vendors, and service accounts.
- Assist in provisioning and deprovisioning access based on approved workflows and role models.
